Looking for a convenient way to save and organize all the ideas you come across while browsing the web? Look no further than the Save to Pinterest button, a handy Chrome extension that allows you to effortlessly keep track of your favorite recipes, style inspiration, DIY projects, and more.
With a total rating of 3.6 out of 5 based on user reviews, the Save to Pinterest button may have its ups and downs. Many users have praised its effectiveness when it works, but have also experienced occasional bugs and issues.
Lisa G, a user of the extension, described it as "great when it works, but more often buggy than not." This sentiment is echoed by Miriam Wood, who had been struggling with an unresponsive browser until she discovered that the Pinterest extension was the culprit. She stated, "So much for cleaning cache and getting frustrated and it was just this extension all the time."
Despite these challenges, the Save to Pinterest button offers valuable features that make it worth considering. It allows you to quickly save and organize ideas from various websites with just a few clicks. Whether you're browsing through mouthwatering recipes or seeking inspiration for your next home decor project, simply click the button to keep track of the ideas that catch your eye.
One particularly useful feature of this extension is the ability to find similar ideas. By hovering over an image and clicking the magnifying glass, you can discover more content on Pinterest that aligns with your interests. This feature, however, may require some improvements, as Avalon Whyte pointed out that it would be more convenient to have a quick save option, similar to Pinterest's native functionality.
It's important to note that the extension may not work flawlessly in all scenarios. Some users have reported issues such as unresponsiveness and blocking random elements on certain sites. Anthony Google's review highlighted that the extension caused conflicts with Opera browser, while Alice Shenton expressed her frustration with unresponsive websites and pins not saving.
Despite these drawbacks, the Save to Pinterest button offers a valuable solution for saving and organizing ideas. With the latest version 5.0.1, the extension brings speed and stability updates, addressing some of the performance issues users have encountered.
If you decide to give the Save to Pinterest button a try, you can log in or sign up for a free account to get started. This will enable you to personalize your Pinterest experience and discover more content tailored to your interests.
Remember, you have the option to opt out of personalized data usage through Pinterest's privacy and data settings, giving you control over your online experience.
In conclusion, while the Save to Pinterest button has had its share of challenges, it remains a useful tool for saving and organizing ideas. By considering the user reviews and weighing the pros and cons, you can make an informed decision about whether this Chrome extension is right for you.

Worked totally fine until recently. Now it won't save pins properly or the option won't show up at all. Re-installed, cleared cache and nothing helps. Not sure what changed.

Used to work on my old laptop - now it doesnt at all after re-installing on new laptop??
Will not work. Click the extension button to save from websites and nothing happens. Removed the extension and re-installed it and that didn't help. Bummer.
I've had countless issues with Pinterest Save Button extension. Currently, I can select images I want to save but that's it. There's no prompt for me to click "next", allowing me to assign something to a board. Of course, this is when the Pinterest Button responds. Sometimes I click it and nothing happens. I've cleared my cache, ensured java script is enabled and deleted/reinstalled the extension.
